How do I clean and care for my LOTUS Arctic Ice Pillow?
Use a pillowcase to keep your LOTUS Arctic Ice Pillow in great shape through its lifecycle. For a clean, long-lasting pillow, we recommend adding a pillow protector for extra protection from dust and other soiling.
The LOTUS Arctic Ice Pillow's outer cover is machine washable. To prepare for washing, unzip the outer cover and remove the inner foam core. Wash the cover in cold or warm water alone or in a small load with like colours on a gentle cycle. Air dry only.

Which LOTUS Pillow is best for me?
If you sleep on your back or stomach, or if you generally prefer a low-loft pillow, we recommend the LOTUS Arctic Ice Pillow. It will cradle your head and keep your neck properly aligned. If you prefer a really fluffy (high-loft) pillow, perhaps because you sleep on your side, or if you’re not sure of your firmness preference, we recommend The Mid Loft or High Loft Pillow.
