Discovery™ is our free in-store sleep experience. We listen to what is keeping you up, then help you compare comfort and support on the Discovery™ Stage. Try mattresses with a local Sleep Consultant and find the feel you prefer. About 30 minutes, completely free. Walk in anytime.

Free Local Front Door Delivery in your local delivery area. Delivered by our own Dream Team with real-time tracking. In-Home Delivery & Setup is $59. Full Service VIP Delivery with Removal is $99 and includes full setup plus hauling away your old mattress.

At any of our 6 Saskatchewan stores, no appointment needed: Saskatoon North (601 51st St), Saskatoon Rosewood (3020 Meadows Pkwy), Regina Prince of Wales (2030 Prince of Wales Dr), the Regina Outlet (4123 Rochdale Blvd), Moose Jaw (27B McKenzie Ln) and Yorkton (12B Livingstone Street). Every visit includes a free Discovery™ fitting.

Queen mattresses at Modern Mattress start at $598 and go up to $3,798. For example, a Queen Modern 9-inch is $598, Studio $998, Luna $1,298, Classic $1,698 and Natural $2,398. 0% financing for 12 months is available in store through Flexiti, on approved credit (OAC), with a one-time $90 admin fee.

Yes. We carry the Essential, Plus and Pro adjustable bases, and Split King setups: two Twin XL mattresses on two adjustable bases, so each of you raises your own side. Come try one in store.

There is no single best mattress for everyone. Your free Discovery™ fitting shows where your shoulders and hips press in, then we match you to three beds that suit your body, the way you sleep and your budget. If back pain keeps going, check with your healthcare provider too.

No. You answer a few questions, try the Discovery™ Stage, and compare mattresses with our team. Walk in whenever it works.

Good. You each get your own turn on the Discovery™ Stage. Different bodies, different needs, different setups. Same bed. Our split king systems let each partner customize their side.

100-night comfort exchange. If the feel is not right between night 21 and night 100, come back in and we reselect together. One in-store comfort exchange, $99 fee. This is an exchange program, not a refund. Clearance purchases are final sale and excluded.
