After talking with the warranty department we learned that Drew (the owner) had made the call to help us out with the purchase of a new mattress even though we were past the warranty date. Troy got us all set up with what we needed for the next ten years and gave one heck of a deal. In Drew's words, they wanted to make sure that we were taken care of! And they did! All I can say is that they stand behind their products, have excellent customer service and want to make sure that the customer leaves happy. What more can you ask for from a company!
