Choose Your New Mattress
Try different collections and firmness levels until you find the right one. A $99 exchange fee applies. If the new mattress costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
We Arrange Delivery
We coordinate pickup of the old mattress and delivery of the new one. Standard delivery rates apply.

Mattress Requirements
To qualify for an exchange under the 100 Night Sleep Guarantee, the mattress must be in clean, unstained condition. Using a mattress protector from day one is strongly recommended. It protects both your mattress and your eligibility.
Mattresses with stains or damage beyond normal use may not be eligible for exchange.
Important: The 100 Night Sleep Guarantee is a one-time exchange program, not a refund policy. The team will help you find the right mattress.

Pillows
All pillow purchases are final sale. Due to hygiene standards, pillows cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Sheets & Accessories
All sheets and sleep accessories are final sale. Please ask sleep consultants for help choosing the right products before you buy.
Adjustable Bases
Adjustable bases can be exchanged within 100 nights. Must be in original working condition with all accessories and remotes included.
Mattress Protectors
A mattress protector is required to keep your exchange eligibility valid. Modern Mattress carries protectors that won’t change the feel of your mattress.
