All three delivery tiers are available within city limits of any of our 6 store locations. Doorside delivery is always $0 in these areas.
Within 100 km of a Store · $99 Flat
Live outside one of our store cities but within 100 km of any of our 6 locations? Delivery is a flat $99. Setup and VIP tiers are also available in this zone. Outside 100 km? Free in-store pickup is the simplest path, or ask in-store for a quote.
Covers communities like Lumsden, Pilot Butte, White City, Balgonie, Warman, Martensville, Humboldt, Melville, and most of southern Saskatchewan within range.
Free In-Store Pickup — the simple option
If you're driving in from out of town, free in-store pickup at any of our 6 stores saves the delivery fee entirely. We map your pressure points, narrow to 2–3 collections that fit your needs and budget, and most pickups go home the same day when in stock. We help you load.
If your size and model isn't at the closest store, we can ship it from another Modern Mattress location to the store of your choice for pickup, or tag your order and have a new unit ready when you swing back. The team confirms timing in-store before you pay.

Saskatchewan weather is unpredictable. Blizzards, ice storms, and extreme cold can hit fast. If conditions are unsafe for the team or your delivery, a reschedule may be needed. Communication happens as soon as possible, with a reschedule at the earliest available date.
Get Ready for Delivery
A few things to do before the Dream Team arrives.
- Clear the path. Make sure there's a clear route from your front door to the bedroom. Move any furniture, shoes, or obstacles.
- Strip your old bed. Remove all bedding, sheets, and pillows from your current mattress before the Dream Team arrives.
- Have your bed frame ready. If you bought a new frame, have it assembled. If keeping your current one, make sure it's in good shape with centre support.
- Keep pets secure. For safety, keep dogs and cats in another room while the Dream Team is carrying furniture through your home.
- Be home. Track your delivery and make sure someone is there to let the team in and direct them to the right room.
Delivery FAQ
It depends on product availability and your location. We'll contact you after purchase to schedule a delivery date that works for you. Most local deliveries are within a few days to a couple of weeks.
Yes. Someone needs to be home to let the Dream Team in and show them where the mattress goes. You'll have real-time tracking so you'll know exactly when they're arriving.
Yes. With the Setup ($59) or VIP ($99) tiers. The Dream Team will assemble your adjustable base, place it on your frame, sync the remote, and show you how to use it.
The Dream Team removes your old mattress and box spring from your home and takes it away for proper disposal. Just make sure the old bedding is stripped before they arrive.
Yes. Just contact us before your delivery date and we'll upgrade or change your tier.
Absolutely. The Dream Team delivers to apartments, condos, townhouses. Anywhere with access. If there are elevator restrictions or tight stairwells, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Saskatchewan weather can be unpredictable. If a storm or unsafe road conditions affect your delivery, our scheduling team will reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. Safety comes first. For our Dream Team and for your new mattress.
If you're within 100 km of any of our 6 Saskatchewan stores, delivery is a flat $99. Setup and VIP tiers are also available in that zone. Beyond 100 km, free in-store pickup is the simplest option, or contact us for a custom quote.
